She had become very ill. She began to hoard everything in her house and it was becoming too much for her. She could not get around in the house because she had collected so many things. This house had gotten to a point where it made her feel worst to be in the property and added to her sickness. She was done with it.
She was embarrassed by how much she had let the house go. She didn’t want to have multiple showings. It was too much. She just wanted someone to come in and take care of it for her. She messaged the right people. Someone on my team heard Mildred out and listen to what she wanted. She decided that we’d be a great fit for her because she wanted to sell fast, she couldn’t clean it out because of her sickness and we made it super convenient for her to sell. We got our inspectors out to the house to assess what we needed to do, agreed on a price and signed an agreement. We closed in 2 weeks!
Kim and her family lived in her family home for over 25 years. You can only imagine the items they collected through that time. When she originally bought the house she was a single woman and now she is married with 3 grown children with children of their own. The house was a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house and Kim was waiting for the right time to buy another house to accommodate her family. In order to qualify for a new mortgage, she had to show that she was selling her current house to someone. Also, they accumulated a lot of things. Some things that they wanted to leave behind. We stepped in and offered a convenient solution for Kim and her family. She decided she needed more time to get her things together so we offered to buy her house and let her rent back the house for 2 weeks after closing to allow her more time. This allowed Kim the funds to pay to move a lot of her things out. It also showed her lender that her house is sold so it allowed her to close on her forever home. We agreed to let Kim to leave behind whatever she didn’t want and we’d take care of it. Kim felt relieved. When she first came to us she was a bit overwhelmed because there was so many moving parts. We helped release the stress and give her actionable steps to move closer to her goals. We bought her property ‘as is’ so she was not burdened with having to fix or update anything!
Larry is an entrepreneur. He has started so many businesses that it was quite impressive to hear about them all. He heard real estate was a great business so he decided he’d give it a try. Larry bought a rental property in not the best area of town. His main tenant pool were people that didn’t like to pay their bills on time. Most of the tenants he’d attract thought of rent as an option and not a necessity so he spent a lot of time in eviction court. Larry was a bit fed up because he had spent a lot of capital buying the house, fixing the place up and marketing to tenants. He was tired of his investment not producing consistent “passive” income like he imagined getting into real estate. Larry called us up and he decided that we’d be a good fit for him. Larry was more concerned with getting reliable income so he jumped on the opportunity to get consistent monthly payments with no maintenance calls! We agreed that a lease purchase would be the best solution for his situation. Larry wanted reliable income and we were able to provide that consistently and bought him out at a later date. We also bought the place ‘as is’ and took care of any maintenance issues while we had our agreement with him. Talk about peace of mind!
